Features
Six jobs a chat widget should do. QBotly does all six.
Below is what the agent actually does on your site, and how each part behaves once it is live.
AI assistant
It only knows what you teach it
Feed it your FAQs, your documents, your website. Every answer comes back in your language, about your business. Ask it something it was never taught and it will tell you so instead of guessing.
- Train it on pasted FAQs, uploaded files, or a crawl of your site
- Answers stay tied to the material you supplied
- Remembers the conversation for 24 hours if someone comes back
- Spots the visitor’s language and switches to it

The agent answers from these, and only these. Ask about anything else and it will tell you it does not know rather than invent something.
Human handoff
It knows when to stop talking and fetch a person
Some questions should never be answered by software. When one comes up, or when a visitor just asks for a human, the chat moves across to your team with the full thread attached.
- Visitors can ask for a person whenever they want one
- The transcript and everything captured moves across, so nobody repeats themselves
- Your team gets pinged the second a handoff starts
- After hours it takes contact details rather than leaving people hanging

Appointment scheduling
It books the meeting while they are still interested
Connect Google Calendar and the agent works from your genuine availability. It offers real openings, converts them to the visitor’s local time, and writes the booking back once they pick one.
- Two-way Google Calendar sync, so double bookings cannot happen
- Slots appear in whatever timezone the visitor is sitting in
- They get a confirmation, you get the entry in your calendar
- Every booking is listed and editable in your dashboard

Getting started
You can have this running before lunch
No developer needed. No integration project. No call with sales before you get to try it.
- 1
Point it at what you already have
Paste in your FAQs, upload a few documents, or just hand it your website address. Indexing takes minutes. There is no project plan.
- 2
Make it look like you
Colours, logo, where it sits, how it greets people. Set your opening hours and pick who a conversation should go to when it needs a person.
- 3
Paste one line into your site
One script tag, dropped anywhere in your HTML. Works on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or something you built yourself.

How this works in practice
The questions people ask once they have finished reading the list.
Not seeing your question? Send it over. A person will answer it.
What can I train the agent on?
Three sources: FAQ text you paste in, documents you upload such as PDFs and Word files, and your website by URL. The free plan holds 5,000 characters of training material, Starter 12,000, and Pro considerably more with unlimited sources.
Does the agent make things up when it does not know?
No. It is held to the material you trained it on. Ask about something outside that and it will tell you it does not know, then offer to bring in a person, rather than producing an answer that merely sounds right.
Can I run more than one agent?
Yes. Each agent gets its own knowledge, appearance and greeting, which is useful if you run several sites or several distinct product lines. How many you can create depends on your plan.
What happens outside business hours?
It carries on answering whatever it can. When something needs a person and nobody is around, it takes contact details and tells the visitor when to expect a reply instead of leaving them waiting on a message that is never coming.
Which calendar systems are supported?
Google Calendar, with two-way sync. The agent reads your genuine availability and writes confirmed bookings back to it. Appointments are also listed and editable inside the QBotly dashboard.
The visitor you miss at 10pm becomes someone else’s customer by morning.
Set your agent up, paste one line into your site, and let it deal with the questions, the bookings and the handoffs while you get on with the actual work.
